Our terms are that one months rent is paid in advance plus a deposit of £50.00 at the commencement of the rental. The deposit is fully refunded when you vacate the storage unit provided it is left clean, keys are returned and the rent is paid up to date. Any advance rent is also refunded. Minimum rental period and notice to leave is just 1 week.
